  • Is it possible to order baguettes?
The baguette was invented after the war to encourage people to go to the bakery every day. This therefore required an ephemeral product, which could be kept for less time than traditional breads. Sending baguettes, even by express, however, does not allow them to be enjoyed the same day and we therefore find it a shame to offer you products that are not in an optimal state of conservation. The elongated format of the chopsticks is also difficult to package.
  • What is the availability of your products?
The products offered on the site are always available! We make the products on demand and when you place your order online, we include your products in our next kneaded session (usually 1 to 2 days later). This guarantees you the freshest possible products but also allows us to best respond to your requests. For example, you can leave a message when confirming your order to let us know your cooking preferences.
  • I just placed an order, when will my bread be produced?"
Unless you ask us otherwise, the ordered bread is usually kneaded and baked during the next production day. Our manufacturing methods are based on a 24-hour rising time, so your order will be included in our next kneaded, then cooked 24 hours later. For practical reasons, we currently ship on Wednesdays for Thursday morning delivery. Your order will therefore be kneaded on Tuesday, baked on Wednesday morning and shipped the same day.
  • Are your products certified organic?
All our breads are certified organic, but exceptions do occasionally exist. This does not mean that these products are not made with organic ingredients, but simply that the certification process has not been carried out or has not yet been completed. This is particularly the case for products offered from time to time. The reason for this is that organic certification imposes a limited number of references (recipes). By conviction, however, all the ingredients we use are always either from organic farming or from our farm (for the fruits in particular).
  • Why is there a price difference between the website and the bakery?
Simply because the management and preparation of orders made on the site takes much more time than stocking the store. Packaging, putting the site online and its maintenance also impose additional costs and unfortunately it was not possible for us to offer you the same prices on the site as in store. However, it gives you a good reason to come and see us!
  • Do you really make all your products by hand?
Yes and we are proud of it! All of our production is kneaded by hand and then shaped in the same way. This corresponds above all to our attachment to the material and to the desire to take the greatest possible care of the dough. These techniques allow us to preserve the structure but also the aromas and thus to offer you bread of exceptional quality. It's more physical, but it's worth it!
  • I would like to place a special order, is it possible?
Of course, no problem! If you want, for example, a 3kg country bread, a 2kg Auvergne pie, or a brioche for 20 people, no problem, we will try to find a solution together. Contact us and we will study your request.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
Payments on the site are made only by credit card using the secure connection offered by our host. If you wish to use another method of payment or if you are having difficulty making your payment via the site, do not hesitate to contact us by email or by telephone.
  • Can I cancel an order and get a refund?
As long as your order has not been kneaded, no problem. Just let us know by phone or email and we will refund your order. Once the order has been kneaded, however, this will no longer be possible since the ingredients will have been used. Typically, we knead orders within 24-48hrs after it reaches us. So that gives you some time to change your mind!
  • How can I order your products?
Orders are to be made on the site through our online store. Simply add the products to your basket and then follow the payment instructions to finalize your order. Once this has been done, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that it has been taken into account. Payments are made by credit card only, using our secure connection.
  • I placed an order, is it possible to change it?"
Of course! As long as it has not been kneaded, it is entirely possible for us to modify your order. To do this, simply contact us by email or telephone using the contact details on our contact page. We will then reply to you to indicate the feasibility of your modification. Typically, we knead orders within 24-48hrs after it reaches us. So that gives you some time to change your mind!
  • How are the products sent?
Delivery is carried out by La Poste with the Chrono Relais 13h solution. Your parcel is delivered to you at the nearest relay point to you the day after it is dispatched by us, before 1 p.m. This solution was chosen because it allows you to receive your bread quickly and therefore enjoy fresh products upon receipt. It also remains accessible and therefore keeps delivery costs within reasonable limits.
  • I just placed an order, how soon will I receive my bread?"
We make the products on demand and when you place your order online, we include your products in our Tuesday morning kneaded session. For practical reasons, we currently ship orders on Wednesdays for delivery the next day before 1 p.m. at a relay point. This means that your products will be cooked on Wednesday morning and then shipped the same day. Attention, the products intended to be shipped are kneaded on Tuesday morning. Orders are therefore to be placed before Tuesday morning 8 am. After this time, your order will be added to the next Tuesday's petrissée. For more information, you can consult our page Delivery and Refunds.
  • What are the delivery rates?
In order to keep shipping costs within reasonable proportions, we have chosen to offer you a fixed delivery rate and to cover the excess. Delivery costs are set at €12 per shipment, regardless of the volume of your order.
  • I live abroad, is it possible to order?
For now we are limiting our shipments to mainland France and Corsica. The main reason is that the delivery times to other countries, even neighboring ones, would be too long and would not allow products to be sent in an optimal state of freshness.
  • So my products will arrive fresh?
Our goal is to provide you with your products as soon as possible after their manufacture, but this depends a lot on the carrier and its efficiency. Know that we take all measures to package your products in such a way as to preserve their freshness for as long as possible. Once you have received your products, here is a little advice so that they regain all their flavor: moisten your bread then return it to the ventilated oven for 6 minutes at 180°. This will give the crust all its texture and your tasting all its organoleptic richness.
